it's like you do it on purpose. it literally only happens when im about to win another game.
If it happens often it might be your problem
the only common denominator in every game is yourself
Try repairing your client if it happens often.
This happened to me the other day, loading into a promo match and client decides to crash, then fix corrupted files, likely from the update. Best part is I had just restarted my client and had played one match before this happened.
