He kind of does, but thats beyond the point (and some nerfs in the right place). The crazyness would come with the snowball effect of "Why can GP use his but my champ can't use theirs?" Even if it wouldn't be a big deal or a good thing that isn't OP it would open up a can of worms that would cause a wave of other players thinking their champ should get the same buff. I mean whats stopping Ryze from Qing towers then? Know what i mean?

Better question, why have most champs had their ability to use skills on towers removed (Jax, Rengar namely) yet we still allow susaN to q towers? Hey guys, this champ that did around 400 damage to a tower with a q is too strong. but this doge that can do 1k+ in a single q late game? I see no issues here.

Just more inconsistencies and idiocies within Rito.
