Is all it takes one kill?
Does anyone else feel like we've got to the point where a single kill is enough for champions to start snowballing out of control?

Yes. Get one kill in lane, be 2 lvl ahead and just snowball to the point you can do 1v3. Especially with new turret plating killing your enemy in lane results not only in 300g but minimum 460.
They should remove kill exp at this point or atleast reduce it drastically.
Hell, some champions "snowball" without even getting a kill to begin with.
It was always like this even before the damage meta been saying this for years. This is the mentality the player base should have.
