So if Lee Sin is blind, then why does Teemo's blind and Graves W Which makes him near-sighted effect Lee Sin. I believe it shouldn't effect him at all and should be his passive and I dont even play the champion. It just makes no sense because it doesnt say on Teemo's Blind that it blocks all 5 senses and on graves' W it says near "sighted" but he lee doesnt use his sight.

Riot put out a thing about what happens to lee when he gets hit by teemos dart. It gives lee temporary vision (aka he can see) & that makes him miss his attacks. Then when the blind wears off lee goes back to being blind. Kinda cruel if you think about it.

I've never been shot in the face with a dart, but being punched in the face definitely has an effect on all senses. Can't see because punched in face, can't hear because ears ringing, all you can smell can taste is blood. Can't use touch because you're probably holding your face. I'd say Lee Sin recovers pretty quickly.
Graves smokescreen is so instant on impact it definitely has a flashbang/Concussive effect that comes with the smoke screen. You taste and smell smoke, deafening bang and can't see passed it.
Nocturne channels the void's abyss, it isn't simply darkening the space around you, it is physically putting the void around you. The abyss is thick, it is absolute, you see, touch, taste, hear and smell the darkness!
Fondling Gems2 votesRiot made a post about Teemo's blinding dart. His darts actually restore Lee Sin's vision in a rush of disorienting colour, causing various hallucinations and whatnot, because only Teemo would be so evil as to restore someone's sight simply to take it away again.

The reason they don't give him a passive like that is a couple things:
He really doesn't need that buffs.
It directly invalidates parts of other champion's kits, and Riot doesn't like that.
