Upgrading Skin Shards to Permanent (Takes too long?")

So i have 2 ultimate lux skins, and i want to get one to permanent but ever since the day they changed the shard system, I still haven't got it. The shards you get from disenchanting isn't even fair and I'd have a better chance getting the skin from rerolling. 165 orange essence for one 975 rp skin is just laughable. Obviously this is in their favor, but really, this is just so greedy. +165 orange essence when Elementalist Lux cost 2950. Or even Annie in Wonderland, that is 1950 orange essence. That equals up to at least 12 975 cost skins which should take someone without money a month or 2+ to get with the amount of keys you get daily.
