Encountered him in my Silver game, I got mid and he got support. He said right when we got in lobby, "Im mid ok" which is they sign he is going to troll but if im not mid we will lose the game, so I say no, but him and his friend keep saying that hes mid and im support but in like a really tilting way where he types very unintelligently and is from like the EU or something. He starts flaming me and tells me to kill myself and stuff then when we get in game he just takes cs and spams laughing. 3 of our teamates and they enemy teamates also reported him but he didnt receive a ban and we just got into another lobby with him and i had to lose 20 lp because i was forced to dodge. Now he has the satisfaction of making me get tilted and i lose 41 lp that i wont get back since this is the only game that doesn't revert the effects of trolls and cheaters.

Looks to me like those tears weren't purchased until about 30 seconds before game over. Generally speaking Riot won't ban people for selling their items right before an obvious game-over.

Further, considering how bad literally everyone on your team was doing, is it really that unexpected irelia would attempt to build some damage, even as a support, to try and get back in the game?

The irelia had the second best KD (and third best KDA) on your team (aside from you). While I understand it can be desirable to lash out and try and place the blame on a specific person for your loss, don't make up shit to try and blame someone.

That game was lost due to your jungler/toplane having more deaths than the other three players combined, and the fallout from that. Not because of Irelia selling her items 30 seconds before the game ended.

Edit because I forgot this: They didn't troll it doesn't look like to me. But if they flamed they should be punished. Keep in mind Riot generally doesn't ban people for one game of flaming. They give people chances for if they have a bad game. Just like you'd want if you got angry and flamed accidentally.

Ya I've seen EU "Silvers" show up in NA Bronze V. They are invariably toxic trolls and usually chase kills all game, even when they KNOW they are walking into a 1v3. This invariably leads to feeding. It's like they don't know about turrets.

Their lane phase isn't always as bad though.
