A possible fix for Aatrox.

Make it to where the passive takes one extra second before it starts degrading. This would help with his clear speed in the jungle, because by the time you reach to the next camp, your passive stacks are already going down. This also applies to laning phase, by the time you clear a minion wave and are waiting for the next to arrive, you lose all your stacks. I'm not sure if this was intentional, but I'm just giving you an idea. He's not a bad champion anymore because of the recent buffs, but I feel like this will increase his pick/win rate by a slight amount. It gives him more kill pressure and makes it to where you don't have to juggle your passive stacks, which in my eyes, isn't a healthy mechanic.
