My Compact Review of the New Match Making

I'll keep it short and simple via Pros and Cons

Pros: -Amazingly fast Queue time. -The ability to get something you want more often -Less tension in the team before match -Less arguing over bans

Cons: -You simply have a Primary and Secondary option. -You have to lock in your champion or risk a dodge penalty.

As you can see, I can't find many cons in the system. These two I have listed though... They are things that should have been thought of before release. It isn't a new concept, and has been done better.

What you can do to fix the above issues:

An ascending pick order list. You ask what the person prefers to play, then go down their list as it matches appropriately. Yes, you will sometimes get that one role you didn't want. At least if you choose fill, you won't get support 9/10 times.

The dodge penalty is actually a personal issue. When I selected a champion before, I had much more time to leisurely go through and set up my masteries, get the right runes, and just prepare myself. Adding in this extra step to lock in? I am now on my 35(40?) minute dodge penalty... When I was here, waiting for the game to start, and simply paying more attention to important things like setting my runes, masteries, and summoner spells.

two roles is great, i only main 2 roles and now can focus ONLY on those two ever. Secondly the lock in prevents AFKs so again glad that is implemented. Click champion, lock in super simple. you have enough time after a lock in to fix everything.
