-if it built out of Scepter and Stinger rather than Scepter and Kindlegem?
Maybe even give it its old armor shred aura back? Wouldn't that be swell?
Because right now it's pretty neglected. AD/Lifesteal/IAS/CDR/and -20 armor in an aura would be a fairly attractive item for a decently wide range of champions.
Onerios1 votesZeke's in an awkward spot because it's not considered an effective item for a support (crucible and locket are too important to skip out on, and with offensive junglers it gets left to the support to take, combined with the cdr overload pushes it out of itemisation), but it does not provide enough selfish stats to be built on a solo laner (nor would it be desirable to put it in that role, it would be WOTA all over again). It needs a meta change of sorts, letting you put locket on another champion or being able to hold off buying crucible, which would let you have the option of picking up other items as a support.

I suspect swapping the AD aura over to an armor shred aura would nicely nip the WOTA issue in the rear before it could become an issue. AD auras would stack, armor shred auras wouldn't.
