@Riot How about better performance over making the game look pretty?

Over the last few patches the game has been looking tremendously awesome, but at the end it's all about the game play. Why hasn't riot made any improvements on the server. I rather have low ping over nifty designs. In this game, ping can really make a difference. A person with 10-40 ping has a faster reaction, in game, to dodge skill shots, to hit skill shots, and even to ward jump effectively with lee sin, while a person with 100 ping has a small delay to do the same. In this game, a lot can happen in few seconds or even less then a second. So that small window of oppurtunity can really mean something. So riot, stop trying to make this game look pretty and make the performance overall better instead.
