Okay so this velkoz support got chunked to 20 health and was not backing and was staying. He was typing in chat and telling the adc that when the enemy vayne flash + tumble you heal and outplay, but that doesn't happen and he gave instant fb. Then he completely leaves bot lane and leaves our cait in 2v1 rest of the game. Comes mid(My lane) literelly steals all my cs with his combo and continues to give off kills to everyone else while cait is losing all towers bot because she can't 2v1 a zilean and a vayne. I asked everyone to report this player, but other players were telling me I was the toxic one. This is ranked by the way

If people are starting accept bieng toxic as a okay thing I say Riot just needs to increase the threat suspecions/bans OR SOMETHING I mean I just don't get it

You are responsible for your own behavior. Yes, your behavior was out of line with what community has deemed as acceptable, and it goes beyond just asking for reports in this case.

You were telling the Velkoz you were going to 'find out their IP address', thought I'm not sure what you were going to do with it, but that was a threat. You were attempting to get Velkoz banned because you 'heard getting banned was easy these days'. You were also spamming all chat and turning small disagreements into large arguments.

If you think Velkoz's behavior is out of line, simply mute them and report them after the game. It only takes a single report to trigger a game review. But someone else's behavior does not give you free reign to turn the game into a chat battle. Nothing good can come from arguing. All you are going to do is make matters worse.

Asking for reports in chat is like a 5 year old tattling. Stop doing it. We hate you just as much as the troll. Report and move on.

To be honest, I think it's ridiculous that RiotTantram is saying, "It only takes a single report to trigger a game review" .I have played since the end of s1 and I never even once got the response that a player which I reported got banned and trust me I have had many int-feeders and other trolls. Of course his behaviour towards the feeder is not right, but that's not a reason to not ban the vel'koz. For me there should be chat restrictions for flamers but you have to ban this vel'koz otherwise these people will continue provoking others and won't get a ban just because other people flamed them for inting.I have never been a guy flaming others, instead I would just ignore them but I simply cannot agree with the hate Ninjassin gets in this post because it is somewhat human to get annoyed and mad at people when they are ruining your fun, which is why we are playing this game - TO HAVE FUN!
