I am a little worried about Taliyah in 7.9

I am reading the description for the adaptive helm and holy crap it is strong. I can see it being needed for champions like Cassiopeia as stated in the notes due to her constant damage output, but I think it overly hurts Taliyah in particular.

Her main source of damage is to poke with your Q and hit with a W E combo. Except now with the 15% damage reduction will put her in even worse spot since she already has to deal with reduced damage for consecutive hits on her Q and E.

Her E has already been hit extremely hard due to the lockout removal, and this might push it over the edge making anyone who builds this item to simply be unkillable for Taliyah.

This is also on top of the fact that MR is now going to be able to be stacked to high heavens with little penetration options. Its not like MPEN is like lethality where it gains in strength as time goes on.

With these changes would it be possible to ease up on the damage reduction for consecutive hits in her kit so she doesn't end up like Urgot?
