Champion Select Stalled

Our champion select went just like any other game, but when the prepare for battle came up nothing happened. My team was still able to chat in the lobby, so I decided to dodge. I re logged in and it says there is a game in progress, but I cannot reconnect to the game. It says I will receive another dodge penalty if I exit the client.
