Right now , Shaco is almost like a kill-adc - die machine if built assassin

Sincerely , the rework felt like a hard nerf to the assassin shaco having to get 3 points into Q before getting into E , now only late game you can kill the adcs that are not vayne or caitlyn and dont have . Shaco is MUCH more effectively built like an off tank for example , i , for now , not even build the entire jungle item , i get the challening smite , and build straight up to sunfire and titanic hydra , hell , after titanic hydra i get more dps than with damage items for damn's sake. I think you should maybe increase the AD rate on his skills or else he'll just end up after all like the incident with Ekko and Yasuo tank. Best of luck. Disclaimer: I haven't tried the AP Shaco on jungle yet , i'm playing him top when i get top.

id skip out on hydra till later when you have more hp and stick with tiamat.

I typicaly go something like

tiatmat>blue smite>BotRK or shiv>black clever>finish Cinderhulk (yes im bad rofl)/get deadmans plate if i need armor>the other decision>finish hydra

finish hydra maybe 5th but i like to get a little hp

and imo you should always save the ult for the assassination attempt so you can use it to try to gtfo

Yeah , i might try your build out , i usually save the ult for risky low hp targets so i can get away with a quick R - Q or if im confident i can surely win that fight i just ult when i attack them if they hven't got any escape.
