Probably because he usually carries? Sona is just another decent damage AP and can carry if fed just like any other. Every now and then people lose though.

In my experience, the more the player flames, the worse he's at this game. Bonobos are top tier flamers.
Sure, there will be an exception here and there. But, most of the time, that's my experience.
