Create A new 1v1 Mode

Now I KNOW nexus blitz just came out last year. But people have been asking for a 1v1 game mode since the magma chamber was teased way back in 2014. Riot had plans to release a 1v1 game mode but decided not to for...some reason. The point is, a lot of people enjoy the 1v1 phases of summoners rift. And I'm sure riot recognizes that and thats why they made the outer turrets tankier so the laning phase lasted longer. I think I'd be a cool idea to bring to the table, or you could possibly make it a new rotating game mode? Its just an idea I've heard a lot of people want to happen.
