Miss Fortune should have old Lucian E passive on her W.
It would just feel a lot better if her W removed slows when it activated. If I'm slowed and use my W, it just feels wrong, knowing I'm supposed to be in full strut with max passive, not a crippled old lady that can't move because of a slow. If this would be too strong, nerf her accordingly, but I feel this is a change she needs if we are going to keep the passive refresh on W.
