Jhin with Runaan's Hurricane
If i'm right, the 25% of targets missing health on the 4th auto will also apply to the 2 secondary targets as well, making Runaan's Hurricane a very strong teamfighting item on him.

Either that or each auto will use 3 ammo stacks and he'll have to reload, never being able to fire the 4th round.
I build runaan's on him. and it doen't use 3 ammo. But the bolts do seem more powerful then they usually are.
runnans will be more powerful on him than other adcs because runnans scales off ad and his ad goes up. and it would give him much needed waveclear. so yeah i think its a great item on him. though I don't think his passive procs on the bolts. i don't think that would be incredibly too strong. imagine if vayne silverbolts did that.
