Will Rageblade be getting buffs because of the mastery changes?

So Rageblade in it's current form is already fairly weak, and it was kept this way because of Kog'maw. Now that he's been reverted and fervor is going to give flat ad instead of on hit damage, Rageblade will be useless on everyone. Can it get some kind of buff please?

Just bring back preseason 6 rageblade but nerfed. We do not need phantom hit on this item.

Now that fervor isn't on hit damage, I would be very surprised if Rageblade doesn't get serious buffs.

It isn't a weak item really. It's just overcosted by like... 500, 600 gold, concidering how much work you need to do to get it to pay off. Firing off over 6 autos in a losing state for instance is almost completely impossible.

RIOT isn't being subtle about their burning hatred for on-hit builds, but unless they can change every on-hit champ right now they really should compensate them now that Fervor is borderline useless on them.

Give it at least half of the Recurve Bow's AS up front so it isn't useless, and I think it'll be OK for now. Probably still due to for some changes, maybe even ANOTHER rework.

Yeah, unfortunately it's a buff to Kayle . She's problably the reason the old one was gimped. (item 3124 item 3085 ) Synergy being too strong. With her already being strong + Assassin meta i don't think anythings going to happen.

Or better yet just delete the item. Whenever it's been viable it ends up being absolutely busted, and if not then it's just outright bad. Never a middle ground.

A change that would make the item feel so much better is if its stacks fell off one at a time instead of all at once

You know what would make it good?

If at max stacks it proc'ed the phantom hit on every attack. That would make it the infinity edge of on hit builds.

I don't really get how the only item that truly synergizes with on-hits has to be a ramping up item. Just because a champ likes on-hits doesn't mean they like to throw out 20 autos in any encounter. If they break it into two separate items, one with increasing power and another with the on hit multiplier always up, that would be nice.

I think it would be better if they divided guinsoo in 2 parts. One would be the phantom hit item, this item would give AS, on-hit damage and it would work stack, every stack will gave AS and more on-hit damage, the on-hit damage would be based on both ap an ad, and after 3/4 stack for melee and 6 on ranged your other auto. The other item would be the hybrid scaling, it would work with stack, the item would have AD,AP,AS and every stack would give AD,AP and little AS, it would also give a small percentage of spell vamp and life steal for every stack, max 4 stack and at 4 stack you get a small aoe damage, not very powerful but still useful for clearing.
