Nice dude Great game proud for you.
As for your build I saw a pretty good skaner build as far as I can tell from it. However a 37 min game and no sweeper as a jungler is needed. Try to get it on first back if possible. Another thing is you bought 1 ward for a 37 min duration of the game First back needs to be a sweeper and not a trinket and a (pink if you have enough for it) Try to at least buy 5 pinks per game or more if taken down and/or destroyed.
