It is So Hard to Try Out New Champs

Get in a ranked game, hover new champion, people flame you for playing a new champion in ranked and/or they just ban it. "Take it to normals."

Alright cool, can't really sleight them for that, it is kinda troll.

In draft normal lobby Hover new champion, people flame you for playing new champ and/or they just ban it, enemy team included. In blind normal lobby Person with fastest ping and quickest quickest movements gets champion first

So please tell me, how is a person supposed to practice new champs/reworks ?
