Yasuo Changes
Right now, he's basically best built as an assassin IMO, full damage or close to it. I was thinking that it would be fun to turn Yasuo into an actual fighter so he wouldn't be as dependent on one-shotting someone before getting one shotted while giving him more time to spam abilities without being overpowered.
Goals -Increase tankiness and lower instagib damage. -Gain benefits from being in combat for an extended period of time -Give Wind Wall a resource cost, make it usable more frequently while being much less obnoxious. Gives him a trade-off of slightly more squishiness in exchange for blocking damage. -Give his ultimate a resource cost so he can't ult willy-nilly when Malphites cooldown is off. Added on-hit effects to ultimate, allowing him utility out of Black Cleaver and Blade of the Ruined King rather than just 50% instant bonus armor piercing.
> Base Health increased by 50 > Flow: Decays constantly. Now also generates from basic attacks and abilities.
> Intent: Yasuo's critical strike chance increases by 20% per second in combat, up to 100% (from 100% always), but critical strikes deal 10% reduced damage.
> Resolve: Removed: Shield : Added: Reduces damage taken from all sources by 1.25%/1.5%/1.75%/2% (level 1/6/11/16) per 10% flow generated.
> Steel Tempest (Q) now deals 20/35/50/65/80 + 80% AD (from 20/40/60/80/100 + 100% AD) physical damage
> Wind Wall (W) now costs 20% flow to activate. Drifts forward over 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds (from 3.75 seconds), cooldown 18/17/16/15/14 seconds (from 26/24/22/20/18 seconds)
> Sweeping Blade (E) Each cast increases Armor and Magic Resist by 2%/2.5%/3%/3.5%/4% for 2 seconds (stacks up to 5 times). Damage stays the same.
> Last Breath (R) now costs 20% flow to activate. Generates 70% flow. Suspends all nearby airborne enemies for 1 second, striking them 3 times for 40/60/80 + 60% bonus AD. Each strike applies on-hit effect and can critically strike. Removed: Yasuo ignores 50% of his targets bonus armor for 15 seconds Added: Upon activation, generates a shield that blocks all incoming damage for .75/1/1.25 seconds
