I haven't played in probably 2+ years due to real life happpening.

I'm trying to figure out WHERE and HOW to work up my runes and masteries. This isn't really a poke against you Riot, but it's stupidly difficult to figure this out. One would assume it would be under profile, I see no option.

Can anyone point me to the right direction?

It's under Collection. Runes, Masteries, Champions, and Item Builds are all there.
