I thought this game was good. Not fantastic, but good.

What did you expect? Pro LoL goes like this: SKT > other Korean teams > the rest of the world

watch SKT come back from that horrible thing they did right now.

Game 1 was over based on compositions unless completely idiotic mistakes were made.

Game 2 both teams had shit shot-calling and it was all mechanical skill combined with the throw pit.

Game 3 is TBD.

I think my problem with it is that the comeback mechanics for this game are... underwhelming, to say the least. Yeah, you don't lose gold if you die like in DotA2 for instance, but since items like IE are both slot and gold efficient, you can't really make much of a comeback assuming similar skill levels because you can't really come back from that. So any game that has a mid-laner a whole item ahead of the enemy mid-laner is going to be damn near impossible for that enemy mid laner to come back from, same for top, jungle and ADC.

There's the occasional comeback, but I see comebacks more often in DotA2 than I see them in League. This game feels more snowball-oriented than DotA2, because at least the carry items in DotA aren't very gold efficient.

Well want you want to be done if everone is better then their opponent yet everyone is shit compared to skt. Teams just gotta step their game up

not like riot could do anything about it. teams just weren't as good as they should've been.

S2 was the best year for e-sport. Koreans are strong, butdon't completely dominated everything. Many cool tournaments, the famous CLG EU vs M5 Dreamhack final. TPA making huge upset at worlds.
LCS made it kinda boring, but you western pro scene needs a leagues with regular games to have ANY chance vs Korea.

What else is new?

SKT is just on another level.
