Riot Needs to Fix Bronze Ranked Gameplay!

I know that a lot of people are tired of hearing it isn't me it's my teammates.

I took a break from ranked and decided to play two ranked games today. The first game, top lane poppy disconnected and came back around the 20 min mark. The second game, a JG VI said and decides to "intentional feed" because she didn't like how bot lane leashed. For obvious reasons, both games were lost. You can't get better at a game when you're constantly playing against and with people who are doing these things. I'm posting this because I would like to hear some solutions. I really can't think of any, all I can say is Bronze ELO is very bad. It's not just people playing bad it's the choices they make to intentionally feed, disconnect at times don't even know the basics.

When you start telling people how you feel they say it's really your own fault. It's a group game and these situations happens a lot not just once in the blue.
