Plans to buff Nocturne

Is there any plans to bring Nocturne up into a viable selection as a champion in this new season of League of Legends? There are far better choices that do the same thing except much better.

Noc is still good with global ult champions like TF mid. You get all vision and deny enemy vision. or take noc against TF so when TF ults you ult and deny the sight.

actually i would say nocturne is the second strongest jungler right now
