Shaco now with no counters.

With Lee sin now being permabanned and vision elixer removed where is no longer a counter to shaco. I have been plagued with him killing our entire team late game in a few hits due to his attack speed and damage increase from behind. You can do nothing because of his fear box.

So this seems very unbalanced at the very least he can cripple 2 or more of your teammate before you can actually react. The sight wards don't do anything due to him jumping walls. Then the only effective counter would be to buy all wards with invisible sight which adds more cost and rebuy because they can and will be killed by the enemy team.

What steps are going to be taken to balance this rather than jsut permabanned? I don't think the balance should be banning champions.
