Harsher punishments for premades

We all like playing with our friends. Especially when we know them on a better level, if we know their voices, know a bit more about them than the random. However, this does create a place where trolling takes place. I have repeatedly encountered with premades who will band together and Feed, AFK, harp on somebody, and just make the climate not at all pleasant or good for the person or people outside of their clique.

I am wondering if this could be addressed with harsher tribunal punishment and activism like there is with ranked. Especially with ranked. Griefing with your friends in a party should be taken more seriously than a griefing individual. It's quite easy to locate one person and start some a fire when you have back up. If you have been in any sort of group of two or more people and it becomes very easy to attack things, mainly because you feel protected.

If say a party of 4 all reports the one person left out, does the Tribunal look at that? That's quite a bit of reports coming in. I feel like I report at least one person a game because they are deserving of it, something I do with how I play or build seems to always make somebody angry. And it isn't criticism, just blatant attacks.

So I would really like to see some harsher punishments as well as harsher and more active judgements on parties. It's fun to play with your friends but it would really rain on the game if that party decided it was time to not play anymore. It's something I have never heard of before and something I come across quite commonly, especially in 3v3. The people in 5v5 tend to be a lot less decent all around in my experience.

Is there anything like this in the works or being considered?
