Who should I buy right now?

I have 6300+ ip, trying to pick on a toplaner. Was thinking of buying one that utilizes Tiamat right now/has splitpush capability. I don't particularly feel comfortable playing auto attack based champs like Jax or Yi. Any suggestions?
