I remember this time last year everyone was very happy with the state of the game.... It was the first time I had ever seen the boards almost unanimously happy. This year it seems everyone is upset and rightfully so.... what happened, man? Where did all this bad decision making come from?

You guys don't remember the time just after cinderhulk got slightly nerfed when everyone was happy with the level of diversity there was in the game? We even saw Urgot being played for a while there. It was a blissful point where there was a lot of diversity and balance seemed to be at the best it ever was. I saw multiple, multiple threads on here thanking Riot for the current state of balance and I had to agree with them.

Quepha1 votesCass had just received a garbage rework Azir was rushed to release in a super buggy state I guess overall it wasn't too bad at the time since right before that Lucian received a rework that completely busted him and made botlane all Lucian all the time for like a month straight and Riot finally got around to nerfing him down to merely being top tier.

Oh yeah, there was still a bit of people saying things like "Nerf Sejuani" and all of the bruiser junglers were still abusing cinderhulk a bit, but they had just succeeded going through a pretty successful rebalance of most aspects of the game and everyone was having a nice time.... but then they released the juggernauts and things just kinda went down shit creek in a boat made out of feces over an excrement waterfall after that.
