An idea to make Kha'Zix more relevant

Upon Kha'Zix "Leap" evolution, getting a kill or assist fully resets his "Leap" and resets his "Taste Their Fear" by 25% of its current cooldown. Just a thought that came to me, not sure if this could snowball wildly out of control or not, but I just want to be seeing him in more games like he used to be in. I feel a small touch to his reset mechanics could make him have the decision between fighting more or retreating.

Tris gets a cd reset on jump after a kill I don't see how kha having one would be to broken. Would be nice since is job is to jump in to assassinate someone. Being able to jump out after would be nice.

He already gets the jump reset, but the addition would be the reduced Q cooldown.
