The Talon nerfs are completely wrong
For those who haven't seen these nerfs yet, this is it: Talon Rake (W) damage lowered from 50/65/80/95/110 to 50/60/70/80/90 return damage lowered from 70/95/120/145/170 to 70/90/110/130/150

Now let me first off start by saying Talon is definetely too strong right now. I'll say it, I agree he needs nerfs. However, the nerfs he is currently getting are absolutely the worst possible things Riot could have changed.
Why, you ask? Well for starters, Talon's current easiest oneshot combo is known as the Flower combo. You throw Rake, immediately jump on the target and drop the Q + ult + bleed on them instantly. It's insanely fast and gives targets little time to react. Now with these Rake nerfs, absolutely nothing will change about this fact. Nobody who plays Talon actually cares about landing his full W, it's literally only used to prepare 1 passive stack to drop the rest. That's all it's ever used for. The lategame damage already felt pitiful compared to the rest of his kit (and Duskblade ofc). These nerfs only make it worse.
Another problem is that Talon is supposed to be a waveclear/roaming champion. By taking 40 damage (max rank) out of his main waveclear tool, he is going to struggle immensely to waveclear properly. This will basically force him to build Tiamat just to fulfill his role as a roamer. This is so unnecessary it hurts just to look at it. You could fix him in so many ways that wouldn't force him into an item like this, like nerfing the bleed or ultimate damage. Instead this will make him less playable in what he's supposed to do, without changing his ridiculous oneshots.
I am convinced you guys absolutely do not understand what should be changed to make Talon balanced again. He's too strong, I agree he needs nerfs, but these are the least fitting, and will not fix anything. You really should take a step back and reconsider what his role is, seriously. The Q range buff of 75 was too much, his oneshots without even landing W are too strong. It makes him far too easy to kill targets with, and instead of fixing that you literally nerf the damage of his only skillshot, which was mediocre enough that people never cared about it anyway.
