Best 3 ADCs for any matchup?

Hello, I am relatively new to ADC and wondering opinions from ADC mains. If you could pick any 3 ADCs to master who would they be and why. I am looking to learn a small pool but wondering what ADCs are good and for what scenarios. Right now I play jhin and MF and enjoy them for the early game poke with comet, but I struggle against late game tanks. Vayne is banned a lot so I am wondering other options from the ADC pool to develop a balanced gameplay for any matchup. Thank you!

Xayah is a sleeper OP atm. There isn't a time in the game where she isnt good, unless you're behind. Her ult is amazing for a multitude of reasons. Currently my favorite ADC.

Caitlyn is safe, but she falls off mid game and there are better late game options.

Tristana is good for a mixture of the previous two reasons.

Hmm.. 430k MP Draven main here and I'd say the 3 best adc's in just about any situation are... Tristana, LUCIAN (If you can play him, You're pretty much unkillable, one of the best kiting champs in the game) and Xayah if you know what you're doing.

Tristana is quite safe and has the choice to attack safely from far away (keeping her rocket jump for escaping) or she can simply all-in targets. This gives you a lot of agency with how you play. She's sort of a jack of all trades and one that I highly recommend using. Depending on how you choose to use her you can practice several different playstyles for marksmen, and she's very safe because of her rocket jump and her ultimate.

To practice the glass cannon long range type of marksman you should try Kog-Maw, he's immobile so your positioning will matter a lot.

And for short range I recommend Lucian or Quinn, both will force you to perfect your kiting so that you can continue to do damage while staying at the safest range possible.
