Bronze elo

I would just like to say I think it is impossible to climb out of bronze if you are a silver player at best. I can see the smurf people who can do it, who play at higher elos and can just carry games. But when you are a high silver at best player the bronze elo is impossible as far as I am concerned. The afks, inting, d/c, flaming, toxicity and etc make it impossible. High elo players climb out of this as they can carry an entire team, for those who are only slightly better how do you get out of this? Honestly its getting old. Last 3 games are a d/c right away, flamer who inted entire game, and an afk. I suffer 3 losses, cant carry a 4on5 as I am not a plat smurfer and I am suppose to suffer for this? Is there anyway out? Or is this the downside to an unregulated game at this level? Just taking the fun out of the game lately.

I know it seems very frustrating, but if you are meant to be in a higher ranked tier, you will climb. It may take longer to climb, depending on your personal play style, but the ranked system is very good at shifting people to where they belong.

It's an incredible run of bad luck to have two 4v5 matches and an intentional feeder, but the good news is that these behaviors are being punished more strictly now. LeaverBuster and Low Priority Queue have both been active for a while now, with up to 20 minute waits prior to even joining a queue for repeated leaving/afking in matches. And Riot has definitely stepped up the punishments for intentional feeding. Players have been begging for harsher punishments for anyone who does this, and we've seen many threads come through the boards in the past week or so where players are being issued 14 day bans for this. So hopefully, this sort of thing will become less prevalent in your matches, and allow you to focus on your gameplay, and simply enjoying playing.

Tip #1. STOP

Stop giving that big of a fuck about the game. You've gotten to Silver 3 in flex you've proven you can play at a silver level so stop giving that big of a fuck. Also stop playing ranked for a bit.

Tip #2. ABANDON

Abandon your champions that are difficult to carry with. So say goodbye to Cho Gath and Poppy. Find a carry champion that fits into your play style and start one tricking them. Try to find someone that isn't banned frequently. You can hop into the occasional ranked match but don't start grinding until you're at least level 5 with the new champion.

Tip #3. DESTROY.

Watch as the matches become easily carriable and see the shining ray of hope among he bronze. Just keep playing that champion.

I gave up on playing Nasus and Shen my two favourite champions and picked up Veigar. I started one tricking him and now I've begun developing the ability to carry every match with him (13 game winstreak Woooooo)

Gotta remember that "platinum smurfers" are just people who've been in the same spot u are if ya worry more about improving your play than where you're at, eventually the climb will just happen. I dropped from my plat promos to gold 3 on a near 20 game lose streak that included about 4 afks on my team. Just kinda happens where ever u are in my experience. One of my wins that interupted the lose streak was with a nami ignite top laner.

Firstly you seem to play well with poppy so it would be a good idea to stick with her. Other things include understanding ways to get beneficial trades, one way to do this is to stand next to your dying minions and when they go to last hit them you auto the champion. (make sure you farm while doing this) it is also important to think about the basics of a match-up. What they have and how to deal with what they have. make sure you ward, especially if you are top because if you fall behind in levels you are going to have a really hard time coming back. Lastly make sure you punish positioning errors. like if an adc walks to far forward and they don't have a qss, stun them.

Hope this helps.

Swain

So I started Bronze last season and barely missed Silver at the start of this season. Support is my main role with top being my secondary. I learned it was very difficult to carry from support unless I did Sion support (which can be an effective thing if you practice it in norms.) or had a semi competent adc.

I switched my role selection. Top first, supp second (Actually got more top games than supp games too). My top champion of choice is Swain.

As Swain you have good poke/harass with Q, you are range AA, a snare if you can land it, a damage buff on single target and finally, annoying to kill post 6. Once you get item 3010 your ult heals you a fair bit between the Ults heal and the items heal from mana consumption, and mana regain from damage conversion. Unless the enemy can inflict grievous wounds you should be able to survive any gank and out sustain your opponent.

I usually go item 3027 and then tanky (I start with Doran's Ring) item 3157 item 3065 and whatever else would help item 3110 or maybe item 3001 (Which might be even better since modification.)

Swain can be a nuisance to kill and even pull whole teams to him. Ping objectives you want teammates to look at while you pull to the other side. If you are dominating, gank after a good push. (2v5 with a Zac and killed all the enemies. Was Silver then though.)

You can do it man. Just got to keep on pressing.

Or is this why people make new accounts to try and get promo into silver to not suffer this elo hell?
