Do people even want to play Vel'Koz?

He's consistently getting changes/buffs but still not becoming popular after a year or so of release. I own him myself but I'm curious, do those of you who don't own/don't play Vel even like playing with his kit?

These constant buffs seem desperate at this point. It's no secret that most of us also feel he didn't need changes during the MYMU.
