These rune animations are super annoying

I am struggling to edit rune pages wither in in champ select or not. Every time I want to edit a rune page, it takes 10 whole secs just to load. Do we really need these fancy animations? I know I run on a toaster, but I much rather have the straight text files, than the hyper glossy mess that creates so much lag.

Also, can we not have rune pages completely swap just because the page you have been working on is incomplete. I find this pointless and frustrating. I rather have a incomplete rune page with the runes I want, than a complete one with 100% new runes that have no use for me vs the current matchup.
