Maybe Yasuo Ult Damage depend on who knocks up?

I'm not one fo those people who resents Yasuo with a passion, this is just an idea I had to maybe tune him a bit.

I don't play yasuo so I actually want to know what other people would think about this, it could very well be an awful idea. But what if yasuo's ult did less damage if he used it on someone who wasn't knocked up by him. This would take his synergy down a bit, and make him a little bit more reliant on landing those q's, instead of waiting for someone with an easier knock up to prepare it. I could see some buffs in other areas maybe to compensate for this nerf.

As it stands currently, the Airblade actually makes Last Breath do more damage when used on an allied knockup, but it can be situationally used on Yasuo’s own knockup (when the target is further away and Steel Tempest is on a sub-1.5 sec CD).

Rework the ult functionality to be a little less brain dead and more precise for good players.

Knockedup enemies show a circle around them similar to kaisa mark and ult circle. Yasuo clicks in the circle whereever he wants to blink to. Whoever is knocked up around where he blinks, gets ulted by yasuo.
