Haven't 5v5s at bot lane been happening for a really long time though? I think even Riot noticed it and used Herald to counter it but people don't really care about it all that much because bot lane allows you to potentially get more kills to begin with and Dragon.

NA region only picked up on it after getting stomped at worlds 4 times in a row before realising it.

Pretty sure anywhere in any elo starting around Gold+ regardless of region you're gonna see constant dives and 5v5s bot lane.

I'm only Silver 2 but my MMR got inflated or something and I tend to play with high Gold - low Diamond in normals and in ranked I tend to play with all Gold and Platinum, so I have fortunately a pretty good outlook on how every elo plays and trust me there isn't a difference in the consistent 5v5s bot lane or everyone diving the ADC because god forbid their support isn't Braum, Thresh, or Janna and they're not hugging their ADC all game long.

I have noticed that lately practically entire teams are camping bot now, and I have no idea why. It's just like, hey, we're having a fun game, then oh hey, the jungle and mid ganked, and the top laner teleported in behind too! And while we're getting destroyed 2v5, the other lanes are just very, very slowly pushing lane and not helping at all while they all sit bot and take 3 towers!

Yes! This! like that is my biggest pet peeve while playing league. If your lane ganks, and if you don't follow them or counter gank later, then i expect you to push and get that tower. Not just sit there and last hit like its a normal lane, like come on there is 3-5 people bot lane push that shizz! Even if they don't get the tower i would still be happy that they at least did something towards an objective instead of securing like 12 cs.

The reason you four man gank bot lane is because 1. two people are already there. 2. Other lanes take TP. 3. Drag's there. 4. Pushing bot early on means you don't have to go there much late game. Late game is when you don't want to be bot lane because if you are, you're gonna lose baron.

It's funny because one of my last games, they legit sat bot just killing us and taking towers. After about 5 minutes of this when they finally took tower (and later the second one), I said in all chat, "WE'VE BEEN BOT FOR 5M PEOPLE. WE GOT A WHOLE MAP. USE IT!"

Like I'm ok with a gank here and there, but can we not stay bot for literally HALF THE DAMN GAME?

Riot needs to make another objective (buff RH maybe?) where it's too enticing for everyone to stay bot all the time. Perhaps another series of permanent buffs for top lane? Like thats why we like drag so much.

But if you notice your lane heading bot do one of the following things:

follow them-this is especially useful if you guys have just been farming and have even cs numbers. No one's really at an advantage so it'll be even instead of the riven tp'ing bot and getting a triple while the support gets the final kill.

Push like a son of a bitch-while minions are useful, PUSH. You'll get like 200 gold and be 1 step closer to winning the game. At least if you can't help your team out, you can get a tower while everyone's bot.

I think they don't need to buff RH's reward, but they might need to nerf the mob itself. I've had times when I tried to duo it with both me and my teammate at full health and we had to back off because one or both of us would have been executed otherwise, it feels quite a bit stronger than dragon even if you are backstabbing it properly.

Although the change that lets the jungler smite-secure it without being forced to take the buff himself may help on that front. Not that a jungler can't use the buff, but it seems more costly for them to have to spend time in lanes.

The thing about bot lane is that it's the easiest to stall. Lots of wave clear, can cs safely, early tower dives aren't as possible. Even if one side clearly lost (which doesn't always even happen), that tower can still not go down until everyone else's lanes have been decided.

there are games when people group up in my lane in 8-15 min, if the teams are just poking and never engage, i just leave and go farm somewhere else

Oh you're lucky. When I'm playing mid I always get their bot land, my mid lander and their jungler to come into my lane around the 10 minute mark. Then my bot lane says "stop complaining" and "hold your turret" as my jg stands there taking wolves while I get tower dove by the maokai, leona, jinx and fizz and our adc can't even fucking c.s. with no one in her lane to oppose her. 5 reasons why this PSA is dumb ADC: already bot Support: already bot Jungle: is like a clingy child who is gold starved. Sometimes they go mid or top seeking for sustenance but those are too lonely, so they head bot instead. Mid:The wanderer, roams looking for a home and meals. Sometimes goes top but its too lonely up there so they head bot instead Top: we are lonely, not only are there usually 4, but with up to 8 other people bot we cant help wanting to be included.

you know what really grinds my gears. I'm mid killing it like usual, most farm in the game by at least 30 cs.

then my feeding bot lane comes mid and F- tier ADC starts taking all my minions, Swain "blasted aa!"

then i end the game with less cs than ADC than and top. only deaths happened after bot comes mid. I know blah blah i should be roaming but just annoys me when the bot lane spreads their incompetence all over the map

Yep.

The super secret trick to winning matches at low elo is to push bot and top until their towers fall once roaming has begun. For whatever reason, no one ever sees this coming.

First off, its a team game. If you are getting ganked, call your jungler or your other laners. Even up the fight.

Second, if there are four bot early, either top or mid lane will have no one in it, if not both. Respond by having the other lanes push lanes and maybe take a tower. The enemy will quickly stop leaving lane if they will lose CS and potentially a tower every time.

What team doesn't want to get their mandatory class ahead of the opposing one? For ages now most of my matches are determined by who has the better bot lane or at least which got farther ahead with help. I have yet to win if it's my jungler or lose if it's their jungler where they camped top instead of bot if the bot isn't out classed.
