Will there be a point when season rewards will let us choose which victorious skin we want? For example, it looks like this is going to be victorious Nami or something similar. I will never play that champ so that's a waste of a season reward.
I'd love to be able to get victorious morgana at some point. Are people just shit out of luck if they didn't play 5 years ago? Why can't we choose from any of the preexisting victorious skins at the end of the season?

The point of the Victorious skins is to show both your time playing and your achievements in a particular season. Allowing people to pick and choose goes against that principle.

They just released their Q&A thing on victorious skins and I'm pretty sure that's a picture of Nami isn't it?

No that's definitely not Morgana. She doesn't have fangs. If you're on the league client and you go to "overview" you see the "ask riot" tab second from the left on the bottom. That's not Morgana. That's maybe Elise, Nami, or Cassiopeia. Actually I think it may just be Elise. Hmm.
