You could've solved 2/3 of those issues with a better champion pick, Azir for example would've given you pick potential + extra peel for yourself and your adc. I mean this specific game was probably a lost cause, but you will win much more in the long run if you actively set up your team to succeed.

Take responsibility for your losses or be hard stuck, by all means if you think you know better than me don't listen. Just be aware the 2 times I've played ranked seriously I've made it to diamond with minimal effort.
