For me its waterwalking
I feel like the rune is really strong but since its so specific people hate it,as jungler you always fight lvl 2-3 for scuttle and baron and dragon early are always good when you have this runes,not to mention if a fight breaks in the river its also a plus.
Approach Velocity.
There are so many uses for it on many champs who lack gap closers, pair it with Celerity and it's even better.
Presence of Mind is pretty underrated. Very useful for champions whose ultimates have high cool downs, especially when those champions are notorious for high KDA ratios.
Hex flash , this rune , you have to see the jukes I do with it and how I escape ganks with it , it's really a strong rune
rn definitely nimbus cloak its so fun on xin zhao, but what i really cant wait for is picking your own stats, now ill be able to play glacial aug cheap shot ashe

Under the right circumstances this rune is insane.
Glacial augment, everyone ditches it until someone finds a cheesy strat with it and people then begin following it around, but even so it's...what? 3-4 Champs that have been consistently using it?
Cosmic Insight & Absolute Focus
Absence of Mind, Waterwalking and Approach Velocity. Approach velocity seems like something Akali would use for her passive AA's... it's just assasins preffer more dmg than speed, waterwalking seems like a jungle mastery or a roaming sup mastery(still preffer eitzer damage or utulity or sustain) and absence of mind, a very convenient mana sustaining mastery, is in a fucking Precision aka attack speed rune. Once custom stat gains come out believe me you'll most likely to see absence of mind popping off on mages alongside with manaflow band.
