Every role in the game is less fun with the new dragon system.

Top: Even more useless than usual. Big surprise. They could take tp, but then they are almost guaranteed to lose lane. Jungle: Literally a second support that just wards and gets dragons Mid: Also feels like a support that just roams bot for dragons ADC: Literally just exists in lane for dragon, barely deals damage to champions anymore Support: Ward bot for vision in enemy jg.

When everyone's role revolves completely around taking dragon, no one has a fun time. Dragons are so powerful the only way you can win anymore is to play early to mid game champions that can secure dragon easily

Mid loves these changes, the fuck? Best lane in the game for two seasons now.

I don't know about the new dragons being less fun... but they certainly did not add anything to increase the fun of the game. In fact, I find myself oddly less caring about dragons. Maybe I'm growing a tough skin from all the dragon nonsense RIOT has pulled over the years, but these changes just seem like more "I'm a game developer! Look what I can do!" innovator nonsense. So the less I have to worry about these sorts of changes, the better off I feel when I play the game.

I didn't realize my Neeko bursting down the entire enemy team was a support now just because I have to pay more attention to dragon.

Those are actually really good points. I never thought of it before!

I disagree. I don't find dragons overly important. Denying soul is important sure, but you can still give a drag or two if it means a meaningful objective trade.

Lol isn't about winning lanes anymore it's just Legue of Dragons. With all the objectives spawning left and right (2x Herald + Dragons more important than ever) it feels more like a PvE game.

Have you even bothered to think about what the value of the individual dragon buff stacks are? Especially after the 9.24B nerfs?

If not I recommend you spend some time doing math on Infernal and Mountain dragon as they are the easiest to place a gold value on.

iunno I'm finding solo lanes very fun right now, like exceedingly fun.

This post is wrong in so many things, but I'll pick the easiest to spot:

Mid: Also feels like a support that just roams bot for dragons

The fuck ?

Midlane got XP buffed while Botlane and specially Jng got nerfed on XP.

That, plus the Dragon changes that they can rotate easy make Midlane the role with most agency on the game by far.

Midlane was literallybuffed this PreSeason.

Literally the ONLY top laner not taking TP right now is Darius.

What world do you live in where top isnt taking TP in 99% of situations?

Saevum12/25/2019, 11:10:22 PM1 votes

Accurate.

Keiaga12/25/2019, 2:18:46 AM1 votes

Besides the obvious change to air element, and the maps I don't see how it's so different compared to the previous system.

Are you sure you're not just talking out of your ass?

Lord Mayert12/26/2019, 3:09:57 AM1 votes

The game been bot focused since the tanks got kicked out of the meta and since riot keeps pushing dragons and avoiding top lane like the plague this will remain the case and also ADCs do a ton of dmg not only for dragon.
