Thoughts on yasuo (making him less annoying but not real nerfs)

Some simple changes (not too much) would be fine to make him less overloaded and annoying to deal with. Think similarly to removing akali shroud under tower or removing irelia's triple damage to shields. I might be going a bit too easy because im level 7 with him, but i really think these could reduce how frustrating it is to play against him.

EXAMPLES:

Removed: Yasuo's ultimate no longer teleports him outside of the turret's range. If he is within the turret's range during the knockup of the ultimate, the tower will target him.

Bug Fix: Yasuo cannot cast windwall while dashing just because he cast q (yes this is a real thing btw).

Let me know if you have any other ideas as well, these are just the ones i could think of.

EDIT: Removing knockup on allies would be too much, i went overkill with that one

Yasuo cannot cast his ultimate against enemy champions his allies knock up, he must knock them up to cast his ultimate.

Please, please tell me how removing what amounts to the only way for him to get an ult in late-game is NOT A NERF!?

At that point you might as well not fucking put a third point into R, because you're not casting it again once you reach 16.

I agree on the removal of his ult placing him outside of turret range even if his enemy is clearly in and the bug fix, but the ability to ult on his teams knockups is way too iconic to be removed, and also would be a pretty hard nerf. There is no reason to remove that. Also, it's definitely not one of the frustrating parts of his kit.

Removal of allies knock up will to be too much. As well, I think it's a nice interaction that allows coordinated plays and team comps.

I will say remove his wind flow passive. And in return increase some defense stats and or health (this depends how the removal of wind flow affects him). I will start with def first and health after. If he still seem to weak.

Rework his W.

  1. Wind wall only blocks incoming attacks in the direction it's facing. This will heightened the skill a little more as new players are likely to cast in wrong direction. I know when I played him a few times, I will miss cast his W.

  2. At early ranks, they can have his W negate dmg but not effects.Or decrease dmg with effects still applied. And later ranks it negates effects and dmg.

  3. As someone said in another thread. Add a (life)bar to the wall.

Basically, treat it as a shield. And walls are breakable anyway.
