We still need to move bans to the first, second, and third players

The point of the new ranked is that Riot wanted to move power away from firstpick and more into the others. Now, the power is completely wrong

Advantages of being firstpick -Picking OPs

Advantages of lastpick -Guaranteed to counter pick the enemy -Gets a ban to ban someone who you feel is annoying -Guaranteed to choose someone who has the best synergy for your team

It's absolutely AWFUL being firstpick mid with a team that doesnt want to trade. There honetsly isnt any OP's that gets through banning that's worth playing at the risk of being counterpicked. The bans (at plat rn) are: -Hecarim -Irelia -Vlad -Zyra -Zed -Fizz

And thats it.

If you had a main, you'd appreciate first pick a lot more. Getting your best champion stolen because you're last pick feels bad.

The last 3 players need the 3 bans. Not only does this take away the feeling of "Oh, I'm last pick and I have no say in one I'm playing with/against", but it's already a better thing to have then what we had last season, where pick order was what decided who went where and first pick basically got to do whatever they wanted.

The way it is now, First pick still gets his champion for sure, and last pick gets to control a ban. It's a pretty decent power balance
