Jinx build question?

So while testing out/playing more adc I'm still trying to figure out optimal build paths for adcs.

I know a runaans/youmuu's rush on twitch is really good and a generally accepted core

Ashe got buffed so I like her now but I don't really know her build, I feel like you can't build essence reaver cuz she doesn't benefit much off it (her w harass isn't great tbh)

And jinx... well I'm trying to build her IE into Shiv now, or rfc but shiv seems better cuz it can crit/has better stats. But on probuilds you see them building runaans then shiv? Any ideas why this is?

See here's the thing though, on probuilds I almost always see her getting runaans and idk why, I'm assuming it's cuz of rockets but it's still weird.

I don't like essence reaver on her cuz she mainly deals damage through auto's/her only real harass otherwise is her w which you shouldn't be spamming often, same with ashe imo cuz she has more damage through just strictly autoing.

But yea I'm really just trying to figure out why pros are building runaans on her... seems kinda dumb.
