My thoughts on current Ryze

I think it's really not that bad tbh. Ryze can't full combo a tank to death now but can still pop squishy carries. Also, the lowered cooldown on his ult makes for great consistent wave clear as opposed to the longer cooldown of the previous iteration.

Riot has no idea what the hell to do with Ryze anymore and it shows.

Give a Lvl 6 Ryze a blue buff and he will be able to ult every single wave. He will push you out of lane, nevermind the huge kill potential.
