Another thing thats been said hundreds of times but Riot will ignore anyways:

People who you mute in-game should remain muted for you in post game chat. Nothing worse than having to mute some toxic kid during the game only for that toxicity to continue in post-game while you're trying to have a convo with the decent people in the game.

But Riot doesn't care about any of that, they're currently too busy trying to decide what colour streamers to use at their next esports event or some shit. Cuz esports > the 90% of players that don't care about esports.
