I'm Probably the Only One With This Problem...

But I seem to be stuck in Gold V because EVERY SINGLE F*ING PROMO MATCH gets lost due to someone raging and quitting, raging and feeding, "lagging", or some other st thats out of my control. So why is it that I can win every match going to the promos, but never increase my rank simply for other people's inability to function? How is that fair in any way? Can we PLEASE remove promos between EVERY SINGLE DIVISION so that people can actually get to where they should be, as opposed to having to go through overly-stressful matches filled with more Toxic's than mundo's underwear drawer?
