Warwick Ult Bug

I know it's probably been brought up but just in case, here it is again: Warwick (and a few other champs) have a strange bug where right after using their ult, they cannot use regular abilities for a short time. It's very annoying watching someone get away with a sliver of health after I ult them because I cannot use my Q on them to finish them off. This has been around for a number of patches and I would love to see it at least be acknowledged. If it has already been acknowledged by riot, please link it to me. Thanks and GL HF!

The bug isn't that you can't use abilities it's just that your ability goes off but the icon stays as if it's off CD. I've watched my LolReplays when going top WW and after ult I use Q for the dps based off my standard build. It happens but the icon stays as if it wasn't used. Try to pay closer attention and you'll see what I mean.
