What's the procedure for reporting out of game harassment? Like, say I was an idiot and added someone I played with and we lose our next game, and the message me and repeatedly throw out the racial slurs, homophobia, the "R-word", etc. How do I report that? Or since Riot has everything automated is it just automatically allowed now since there's no robot to handle the report for them?

I guess my question is why not just block them if they're harassing you out of game? You shouldn't have to put up with them
You can report anything via support ticket.
That said I have never really much info on how riot handles these things(or how they should for that matter). People on your friends list are considered friends and there isn't the need to moderate that the same way. Unlike in game you have a choice who can message you.
